Inner circle of cities

A group of cities, which closely followed up the project were the first to benefit from insights and findings of the project and contributed with feedback at several moments throughout the project duration to achieve robust elements for replication. These inner circle of cities is a mix of cities in the country of the partner cities and of city networks around the partner cities.
