Who are the relevant target groups and key actors and how are they involved?

The project pursues a focussed agenda to really achieve tangible results for moving the governance of urban planning into an integrative urban energy planning. The primary key actors for this project are therefore the involved city departments and their key staff and secondly local energy infrastructure providers and suppliers. Additional key actors are the facilitators, supporting the city in the project work, where applicable.

Main stakeholders:

1) local developers and builders such as large housing companies in the participating cities 

2) other cities in the participating countries as well as beyond those countries.
